Inventory and supply chain management is vital to any business’s success, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) can help your operations thrive. VMI relies on collaboration between customer and supplier in managing inventory on an just-in-time basis; both parties need to communicate effectively and build trust between themselves for VMI to be successful. Partnering with the right company will allow you to tailor an inventory management strategy tailored to meet your individual requirements.
